Learn MoreEmpowered by Faith • Guided by Healing • Anchored in Strength
Our mission is to walk alongside those who have been through the fire of trauma, offering a safe space for renewal and growth. We envision a world where healing is possible, faith fuels transformation, and every individual rises stronger and more whole.
We currently offer two core experiences to support your healing journey—Comprehensive Coaching Support and Coaching Intensives. Each is designed to walk with you through deep transformation.
Our signature coaching approach integrates multiple therapeutic and spiritual tools into one holistic program. These methods are not offered separately—they work together to support lasting transformation.

1:1 Transformational Coaching
I hold formal training in CBT and mindfulness-based approaches, which are core components of the coaching experience I offer. My trauma-focused education also included frameworks such as IFS, EMDR-informed strategies, and polyvagal theory. These are not offered as standalone methods, but thoughtfully woven into a holistic approach. Additionally, faith-based integration is something I intentionally bring into the process for clients who desire that perspective.
Coaching intensives are immersive, extended sessions designed for focused trauma-processing and healing. Unlike weekly therapy, intensives offer 2–3 consecutive days of 6–8 hour sessions (or extended weekly sessions) to address root-level issues in a concentrated, goal-oriented format.
Intensives integrate a variety of trauma-informed approaches including mindfulness, parts work (IFS-informed), CBT tools, nervous system regulation strategies, and EMDR-inspired coaching—all tailored to your goals and readiness.
Intensives are ideal for individuals who are ready for change, seeking deeper clarity, or have plateaued in traditional therapy. This format is especially helpful for high-functioning individuals, business leaders, or those with unresolved childhood, relational, or spiritual wounds.
Intensives are 2–3 consecutive full days (6–8 hours/day), while extended sessions offer weekly 4-hour coaching over 6 weeks. Both include pre-session planning and a post-session follow-up call to support integration.
No. While the work is faith-centered and spiritual in nature, you don’t need to identify with any religion. This space is grounded in respect, compassion, and empowerment—open to people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
Coaching is not a replacement for psychotherapy or psychiatric care. This is a complementary, forward-focused service for individuals seeking growth, clarity, and breakthrough. If you're in crisis, please seek help from a licensed clinician or emergency services.
You’ll receive a 1-hour follow-up call to check in, reflect, and support integration. If you’d like continued support, we offer optional monthly or bi-monthly coaching check-ins for ongoing clarity and accountability.
